We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chinese Chef de Partie (CDP) to bring authentic Chinese flavors to our luxury resort.

Responsibilities:



+ Prepare and execute high-quality Chinese dishes, including regional specialties.

+ Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality.

+ Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

+ Work collaboratively with the culinary team to create an exceptional dining experience.

+ Assist in menu development and innovate new Chinese dishes.

Requirements:



+ Proven experience as a Chef de Partie specializing in Chinese cuisine (Luxury hotels or fine dining experience preferred).

+ Expertise in various Chinese cooking techniques (e.g., wok cooking, steaming, roasting).

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

+ Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

+ Experience in working in remote locations is a plus.
