**Whats the role?**



As the Executive Senior Manager, IT Operations, you will have a crucial role in shaping our technological path and guaranteeing the seamless implementation of our IT strategies.



**What Youll Do?**



+ **Strategic Planning:**



Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals.



+ **Team Leadership:**



Leading and mentoring IT teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.



+ **Project Management:**



Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.



+ **Resource Management:**



Managing IT budgets, negotiating contracts, and allocating resources effectively.



+ **System Management:**



Ensuring the performance, security, and compliance of IT systems and infrastructure.



+ **Stakeholder Communication:**



Effectively communicating with stakeholders across different departments, including executive leadership.



+ **Emerging Technologies:**



Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation within the organization.



**Knowledge & Experience**



+ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

+ 5-10 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
